Ian starts his new PGA season this week in Las Vegas with the Shriners Open followed by the CJ Cup for the month of October

Ian finished his 2020/21 PGA tour season

Ian finished his 2020/21 PGA tour season at the Northern Trust finishing 79th in the Fed-ex cup. He will take 2 weeks off before heading over to the UK for the BMW Championship at Wentworth looking to secure a Ryder Cup spot in the last counting event on the European Tour.

Ian enters the Fed-ex Playoffs

Ian enters the Fed-ex Playoffs in 79th position after a T10 finish at the WGC Fed-Ex St Jude Classic. A good week will see him progressing to the 2nd of the playoffs at the BMW championship, the top 70 go through. Currently 12th in the European Team World points & 3 spots out of automatically qualifying a good result will get him closer to making that Ryder Cup team.

What a great feeling to be writing this blog as a member of the European Ryder Cup Team. This will be my 7th appearance and I am so excited; it has been my goal since the beginning of the year and although I did not manage to make the team via the world ranking points, I played my heart out these 9 months and the results speak for themselves.
